PRE-SHIPMENT CANCELLATIONS
Q: Can I cancel my order in case I change my mind after ordering?
A: Yes, you can choose to cancel all Non-Ready to Ship products, only if done within 24 hours of placing it. We will initiate 100% refund of your money and a confirmation of the same will be sent to you via e-mail.
Q: Are Returns and Exchanges accepted for orders placed in India?
A: Yes, returns are accepted for orders placed in India.
Q: Are Returns and Exchanges accepted for orders placed outside India?
A: Yes, returns are accepted for orders placed from outside India. We recommend to choose the perfect outfit with perfect sizes for yourself. Please refer to our size guide before choosing your stitching option and before placing an order. ## Certain Condition Applied on Return. a. All expenses (Shipping, GST, etc.,) barred by customer. Only product price will be refunded. b. Customer has to return product as given address shipping charges barred by customer. c. No Exchange Available for orders placed outside India.
Q: What am I eligible to Return?
a. Return accepted on Item(s) below INR 3000. b. Item(s) may get damaged during transit; or c. There may be a manufacturing defect which didn’t get noticed during packing; or d. A wrong item is shipped out to you by mistake.
Q: How soon should I get back to you?
A: Please reach out to us within 48 hours of receiving the order for reporting any complaints with regards to the product received as damaged, found with manufacturing defect, or any other issues.
Q: In what scenarios would you not accept any returns?
a. COD orders cannot be Returned. b. Stitched/Readymade/Standard Stitched orders cannot be returned as it is stitched as per your body measurements. c. Any outfit purchsed from Sale category cannot be returned. d. Any outfit which is used, worn, washed and without it’s labels and tags cannot be returned. e. You cannot return if you have crossed the returns period.
Q: What are the steps of returning any item ordered from Beinstyl?

In case you have any complaints regarding the product you have received, please ensure that you report it to us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
#2 – Confirmation email from Beinstyl
You will receive an acknowledgement e-mail from us on confirming a Return Authorization, within 2-3 business days. Please do not ship items before you receive this email from us. We will be unable to process any “Items Returned” without the Return Authorization Reference.
#3 – Shipping Back the Items
When Shipping back the items:
1. As would be advised in our return authorization e-mail, please send the items to us preferably through a reputed, registered courier/airmail service only to avoid any transit related issues. 2. Please try and ensure that you retain all the packaging material along with the product. Do not remove tags, stickers, etc. 3 – Proposed solutions post receipt of returned items
Please note that any verbal conversation with customer support over call will not be considered as a return or exchange request. You will have to drop us an email regarding your request so that we can thoroughly investigate further.
Post inspection of returned item(s), our Customer Care team will propose remedial solutions to you on a case to case basis –
a. Choose an alternate product from our website. b. Store Credit for future order on Beinstyl. c. a Refund as decided on a case to case basis
Q: But I had to pay the courier service for Shipping the item back!
A: Yes, if the customer has a change of mind or does not wish to keep the outfit or has an issue with size, then, the customer has to bare the reverse shipping charges for returning or exchanging the product. However, if there is a genuine concern with the product like manufacturing defect or in-transit damage or wrong product received, then, we can thoroughly investigate the situation and allow the returns or exchanges free of cost.
Q: How long does a refund take to be initiated ?
A: We provide full support from our end in every process of shopping. It generally takes about 5-7 working days for a refund to be processed with Beinstyl.
